Who We Are: The Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) represents Canada's transmission pipeline companies. Our members transport 97% of Canada's daily crude oil and natural gas production from producing regions to markets throughout Canada and the United States.

CEPA Membership Benefits

There are 3 levels of membership:

Full Members
Technical Members
Associate Members

Full Members

Those corporations, associations, partnerships, or other organizations, the primary business of which is the transportation by pipeline of hydrocarbon substances or any other substance approved by the Board of Directors.

Technical Members

Those corporations, associations, partnerships or other organizations that are not Full Members, whose business interests include the transportation by pipeline of hydrocarbon substances or any other substance approved by the Board of Directors.

Associate Members

Those corporations, associations, partnerships, other organizations, or individuals, with a bona fide interest in the energy pipeline business that do not fall within the categories of Full or Technical Members.
