CEPA Annual Golf Tournament

The Board of Directors of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) invites you to the 2009 Golf Tournament to be held on Monday, June 22nd at the Valley Ridge golf Club in Calgary.

All proceeds will be donated to Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Canada to support their work in alleviating global poverty. A portion of all sponsorships and ticket sales is tax deductible.

With over 80 volunteers in Africa this year and 33 chapters across Canada, EWB (www.ewb.ca) is a leader in partnering with developing communities to help build the capacity of their technical sector. They work on projects providing basic services in rural areas - energy, clean water and adequate sanitation, and agricultural improvements. Donations to EWB see $77.00 out of every $100.00 invested in their overseas development programs, $14.00 on Canadian engagement programs, with the remaining $9.00 covering various overhead expenditures, which are kept low by the dedication of their large volunteer base.
